In this introductory course in Six Sigma you will learn the basic tools for understanding, measuring and managing variation. If you are planning on sitting for the American Society for Quality-certified Six Sigma green belt exam, this course is a must. You will learn about the advanced statistical analysis, project management, failure mode effects analysis and design of experiments included on this exam. To earn the Six Sigma green belt, you will be required to pass an exam at the end of the course.

This course includes the basic Six Sigma green belt for process improvement course plus the additional topics required for the individual who wishes to sit for ASQ’s certified Six Sigma green belt exam. These additional topics include advanced statistical analysis, project management, failure mode effects analysis and design of experiments.
